- Students accepted, enrolled or registered in a post-secondary education program in Canada that would award a diploma, degree or certificate in health care or social services professions; Canadian citizen or permanent resident; Yukon resident and they meet the residency requirement to apply for Canada Student Financial Assistance @https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/programs/canada-student-loans-grants.html (i.e. are not eligible for funding from another province, territory or country); and willing to sign a declaration of commitment to Yukon service. Fields of study include Health and Social Service Careers including Medicine, Nursing, Social Work, Audiology, Speech Language Pathology, Pharmacy, Dental Hygiene, Radiology, Medical Imaging, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Counselling, Mental Health and other related professions.
